heatable reusable rice bags
I'm not sure if this is allowed or not, but does anyone here make rice bags that can be used for pain management?
I would be interested in buying some. I've looked online, but the pricing is more than I anticipated spending. I wanted to give them as gifts to young girls starting their menstrual cycle to help with cramps. They would have to be less than $5 in order for it to be cost effective for me. This could turn into a pretty consistent order if we can work out the right deal. Please let me know if you can help or if you can recommend someone who can help.

Re: heatable reusable rice bags
Does anyone know if you can use fleece for these? I have been meaning to ask b/c I have some cute fleece I want to use but don't know if you can heat it up in the microwave. TIA

This is a good idea. If you can post where you are located in general you might be surprised who might be around you from the board.
Paula, when I made them for Christmas, i used a plain flannel on the actual rice bag, but made a cute cover for it.
