Need a good lasagna recipe that I can freeze
A friend is due to deliver any day and her mom will be here for a while helping with her 2-year old, cooking, cleaning, etc. I want to deliver a freezer meal and thought lasagna would be something easy they would like. Now I just need a recipe.
Any suggestions?

Is the stouffer frozen lasagna not healthy? I love that stuff!
This recipe is my favorite:

So Tasty, So Yummy
This is the best lasagna recipe ever. It's a little $$$ to make with all the fresh mozarella, but it's worth it. I always make a little extra sauce.. We really like sauce.

You can, but be sure to cool it down all the way in an ice water bath before popping it in the freezer. If you don't bake first, it will take longer for the to bake, but you can cool down everything before you assemble it.
I would bake it, cool it and then cut it in to more manageable portions to freeze. They may prefer that to eating lasagna for several days in a row.
I like to do lasagna "roll ups" for the freezer and made them for my SIL and little bro a couple of months ago when their little one was born.
I make them and place them a couple of inches apart on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper and stick the sheet in the freezer to flash freeze them so that I can then put the individually frozen portions into a freezer bag/container and just pick out however many i want to heat up without them being stuck together.
You can use the "roll up" concept with pretty much any lasagna recipe.
