OUR WATER FINALLY PASSED!!!
And after being told 3 different things from 2 different people the consensus is that our file went to VA USDA on the 2nd & should be back by Friday, an electronic update is scheduled for tomorrow.
They said the inhouse USDA can clear the water as well, but they had sent it off without the water I guess.
Either way, we are so excited that the water passed & we won't have to ask the bank to pay for a filtration system/new well, which would have been months probably.
Fingers crossed we close next week!!

Possible mito disorder-workup in progress.
