Our tech team has launched updates to The Nest today. As a result of these updates, members of the Nest Community will need to change their password in order to continue participating in the community. In addition, The Nest community member's avatars will be replaced with generic default avatars. If you wish to revert to your original avatar, you will need to re-upload it via The Nest.

Update to roof replacement...
So we talked to our REA about asking the sellers to fix it. They agreed that it wouldn't hurt to try. The sellers had until Monday at 6pm to let us know. I talked to the REA this morning and was going to hunt down our answer. I talked to him later today and he said they asked for a time extension until Friday at 7pm. I guess they are trying to see if their insurance will help replace it. We have had a lot of hail damage in the area this year so I'm not sure that's why they are trying to submit it or not. Here's to hoping they can get it done!!
