Good Things Monday/Tuesday
It's not too late to do it on a Monday, right? Name three good things going on in your life right now, no matter how trivial.
My favorite place on earth: The Amargosa Valley.

Mmm...
1) Drew's sore is finally really gone. He still is taking it easy because we don't want a setback. But hopefully he'll be able to go to Vegas to perform at the World Series of Comedy next week.
2) Even though being unemployed sucks I have been getting some planning done, which should help in the future, and I've been enjoying doing some writing.
3) I haven't had a sinus infection in months

1. My co-worker who had a heart attack is back at work and doing good. That is an unbelievable relief.
2. I got a super good workout tonight and I feel strong!
3. I have a new boss at work and I think I'm really going to like her.
1. I sent Kyva to daycare today and had the most productive day. I finished painting our office/guest room, folded a mountain of laundry, deep cleaned the kitchen and both bathrooms and planned our meals for the week. It was a good way to start out the week.
2. My audiology clinic starts tomorrow and - nerd alert: I'm excited about it! I don't plan to pursue audiology further so it's nice to be able to put these skills to use. Plus, we're doing hearing screenings at an elementary school, which should be fun.
3. Kyva is now fully potty-trained, at least for numero uno. I knew she was ready but I'm really surprised how quickly and smoothly it went!
1. We are coming up on our 3rd wedding anniversary.
2. I am about to be an auntie for the 4th time.
3. I only have 3 work days this week. Yesterday I was sick and tomorrow my company is treating everyone to tailgating and a giants game...weeee!
1. I have two weekends in a row when my husband is home.
2. Glee starts up again next Tuesday.
3. I'm loving my new CSA.
1. I had a wonderful time in CA.
2. I won my first fantasy football game this season.
3. Tim surprised me with tickets to a party hosted by Guy Fieri that is part of the NYC Food and Wine Festival. I am so excited!

1. God is faithful even when I think otherwise=)
2. I have brand new baby niece that is the CUTEST baby in the world.
3. I started CELDT testing which means steady work until the end of October.
1. I'm starting to get the hang of this teaching thing. I'm learning how to adjust in the moment as well as week to week, and I think I'm starting to figure out what works and doesn't work for me and my students. It's encouraging.
2. I practiced for a solid hour this afternoon and felt a lot less fatigued afterwards than I have in the past. I think it has a lot to do with my new voice teacher and the stuff she's working on with me. Her methods and her verbiage in the lesson just works for me.
3. I have the best H ever
