Our tech team has launched updates to The Nest today. As a result of these updates, members of the Nest Community will need to change their password in order to continue participating in the community. In addition, The Nest community member's avatars will be replaced with generic default avatars. If you wish to revert to your original avatar, you will need to re-upload it via The Nest.

Help - Shark mop won't steam any longer!

We have the vac then mop Shark Mop and loved it until the past week when it no longer steams.  I have had it about a year and don't know what to do.

Anyone have a similar problem and/or ideas!?!?  TIA!

  • I believe they have a good warranty on those, but I haven't bought one yet just looked into it. I do have a shark vaccuum and the handheld steamer. I'd contact Shark. OR take it to bed bath and beyond and try to get a new one :)

  • Mine did the same thing this week! It gets hot, but no steam is coming out. I e-mailed their customer service, because of course I've had it for just over two years and the warranty is exactly two years. They emailed me back and told me to give them a call to discuss repair/replacement. I haven't had a chance to but will let you know when I call!

    How annoying!
