As a result of these updates, members of the Nest Community will need to change their password in order to continue participating in the community. My Mom and I did a 90 minute spinning class outside our gym today!
It was a kickoff for an event they have every fall.... Best part, bsides spinning outside, was the donations go to Children's Hospital!
I love to spin and I was so proud of my mom who has only been doing mini-spins with me this summer!

I started out with Mini-spins.. I did those for a year before I even attempted a longer class. I also go with my Mom... She is 60.. if she can do spinning at her own pace.. then anyone can do it.
But I do agree.. it does take awhile to like it!
