Product rave for wavy hair!
I had to share bc I am so thrilled. I picked up Garnier's "surf hair" at Target yesterday on a whim, it was under $3.50, and it actually made my horrid frizzy waves look tame and curly! 2 days in a row now I have been able to let my hair air dry and look decent for the first time ever. I have tried tons of pricey salon products and not had this good of a result!
