Anyone want to do a recipe exchange?

I've been wanting to get some new recipes to try with DH.  We've been wanting to start varying things up a bit, but he's so picky that it's hard to do.  He's getting better though and more willing to try new things.

So do you want to do a recipe exchange?  List your favorite recipe or several favorites and we can swap!

Here's one of my favorites: Taco Soup (Weight Watchers)

Ingredients:

1 lb ground turkey

1 large onion (diced)

1 package ranch dressing mix

1 package taco seasoning

1 15oz can pinto beans

1 15 oz can black beans

1 15 oz can whole kernel corn

2 15oz cans stewed Mexican tomatoes

Directions:

1. Brown meat with onions in pan.  Drain.  Add to a large pot.

2. Mix ranch seasoning and taco seasoning into the meat.

3. Without draining, add all other ingredients.  Simmer for 1 hour.

*I like to add a spoon full of low fat sour cream and a sprinkle of low-fat Mexican cheese to the top of each bowl before serving.

Mix the cheese, pumpkin, milk and spices

    Cook noodles al-dente

pour cheese mixture over noodles in baking dish

bake at 350 for 1.5 hours
