Which was the exact problem with the Casey Anthony case. All evidence was circumstantial. That seems to be his niche.

Absolutely. But as seen with the CA trial, a jury often times has trouble being convinced by that alone. I think what kind and how much cirsumstantial evidence there is comes into play. Either way, this seems to be Baez's thing.

All in all Baez is doing his job, but IMO it's such a terrible job. He has no morals.
I agree, however I was responding to the previous statement of "There is no evidence. It's circumstantial."
This is a huge pet peeve of mine.
