Our tech team has launched updates to The Nest today. As a result of these updates, members of the Nest Community will need to change their password in order to continue participating in the community. In addition, The Nest community member's avatars will be replaced with generic default avatars. If you wish to revert to your original avatar, you will need to re-upload it via The Nest.

work rant- a little long
I need to vent, I'm sorry but I'm just so frustrated! I am a manager of a deli and pizza/sub franchise located in a grocery store. I work 3 jobs, the other 2 go smoothly, but this 1 is like walking into the mouth of hell. No matter what I try I can't get my employees to follow the rules, I've fired 6 people in the last 2 years and we only have a 5 person crew.
Losing their jobs doesn't scare them, nothing, I've yelled, I've bargained, tried rewards, I'm losing my mind I don't know how to get through to them. I'm so tired of training replacements that I could scream. I don't dare let any of them train the new employees, I'm afraid of what will happen when they talk to eachother, all of their bad habits rub off.
I swear if 1 more person calls in "sick" I'm going to just fire them all and work by myself.
Sorry for the rant, I just really needed to get it off of my chest.
