who wants to help me plan a party?
My sister, BIL and nephew are coming down in a month for nephew's 1st birthday. They're spending a long weekend here, then doing down to Disney for his actual birthday. They're going to have a party for him back home in Ohio, which I won't be able to go to. So anyway, I think I want to surprise him and my sister with a little birthday party for him down here. He loves Elmo, so I want to make it Elmo themed. It's just going to be the 4 adults and 2 kids (and 3 dogs, which can be decorated and dressed against their will). Anyone care to PIP or link some cute ideas? Doesn't have to be super themey, it will just be small, but I want it to be really cute nonetheless!

In my opinion party hats are a must, at least for a few pictures. (especially for the doggies)
haha, i will work on them for the wiener dogs, but pumpkin would eat my face if i tried to put that on her!
