A few (at high school) protesting against education reforms which meant they would cut the number of places in universities and introduce entry tests in more subjects. Also in solidarity with teachers when budgets were being cut and the number of pupils in classes was going to be raised to 30.

In my last year of high school, I organised for the last two grades to join the (university students) protests against the education reform. We then went from school to school in the area getting more to join.

Have you ever participated in a rally or protest? What was it for? Yes, it was to protest the UK governments ruling on breastfeeding in public places only being legal until 6 months old.
