I am thankful that I did not lose my Smartrip card for good. It was on my desk waiting for me this morning. Yay!

i am thankful (and excited!) for the cooler weather this weekend! upper 60s/low 70s is my kind of weather.
i am also thankful for my delicious latte from illy this morning. yesterday's latte (from a different cafe) tasted burnt and gross.
I am out of control thankful for the salted caramel mocha. Like, I could just sniff my empty Starbucks cup right now.
I'm thankful to have a fun little project at work. The past week has been full of ups and downs and I'm happy to have something to completely take my mind off of it.
I'm thankful for a patient realtor.
Thankful today for four wonderful years of marriage!
Thankful that DH, after three long years of doing a "team lead" job he wasn't being paid for due to stupid red tape, finally got official word of his promotion (even though he had to interview for it just for show). Silly government agency. He's had the job responsibilities without the job title since 2008... imagine being paid for it!

I am thankful for the fall weather we have coming and that I get to look at my beautiful healthy DS every day to help keep my mind off the fact that I just had a m/c and want nothing more than to be pg right now...I am thankful for my current blessings and hope my future ones fall into place soon!!!

I feel like my thankful thursday is always the same, but I am just so darned grateful for my job/coworkers/work flexibility and for my LO.
But as far as the job, I am thankful that I get to do interesting things and it's not always the same. Tonight I am going to a dinner related to filmmaking and in a few weeks I am going to a day-long conference about women in politics and I just did the final edits on museum exhibit panels that will be traveling around our region in the next year. I get to do different things every single day, which keeps the job fresh.
And as far as LO goes, I am SO glad that he is consistently sleeping better. He still gets up way too early, but he's usually out for a good 8-9 hours at night.
I'm sorry to hear that- T&P for you.
I'm thankful for all of the fun things to do around here. There's an event downtown that DH and I are interested in, so we're switching plans and going to it tonight. I love that sponaneity!

I am thankful for all that we have, and that we managed to be unscathed by the last round of flooding. Received an email from a friend of a friend who is gathering clothing and toys for several displaced families in Woodbridge that lost everything.
I am not thankful that we have so much yet there's still this burning desire inside me to shop, shop and shop!! What is wrong with me?!
I am thankful that the fall weather has started to appear. I'm also thankful that I get to catch up with some old friends on Sunday.
ghostgirl- you aren't the only one who has been bit by the shopping bug. I don't need anything, but for some reason I have this insane urge to go shopping lately.

I've had a pretty awful week at work and in life so it's hard to find things to be thankfull for today... I guess I'm thankful for the sun rising every morning with the gift of a new day that has the possibility of turning out better than the last. I'm also thankful for the people that have touched my life in profound ways even if they were taken away too soon and incredibly too soon.
I'm grateful to be busy at work today.
I'm grateful that we have fun plans lined up for the weekend.
I'm grateful for the onion rings I had at lunch today.
I'm grateful that when I left my cell phone at 7-11 last weekend, it was still there when I got back (although that would have been the perfect excuse to get an iPhone . . .).

...that DH is listening to book 2 of the Game of Thrones series so I can finally start talking to him about stuff that is happening! I was afraid he was just going to wait to watch it unfold in the spring when the HBO series returns, but he decided he couldn't wait. I am on book 4 so I know a lot more than he does, but I can't wait for him to catch up!
