If you had 4 bananas......
that were starting to get to the over-ripe status.....what would you do with them?
I know I could make banana bread, which I love, but for some reason I am just not feeling that right now. Or smoothies are an option...but I not really interested in that either. hah.
Any other ideas?

mmmm muffins.
that's why I love TN.
I peel them and throw them in a ziploc if I don't feel like doing anything with them right then. Which is almost always the case.
ETA: and freeze them... baby brain is bad today!

Thanks everyone!!! All wonderful ideas.
I actually had 5 bananas. So I froze two of them and then used the other 3 to make these muffins. I figured 5 stars after 483 reviews sounded pretty good to me.
They will be done cooking in 8 minutes. I'll let you know if the recipe pulls through!
i saw a recipe for peanut butter banana muffins.. and i really wanna make them. so i vote that.
That.
