We closed!
I'm so excited! Since the seller was being a jerk, my REA asked them not to be there. The closing attorney was amazing in explaining everything to me, and it was so easy! Definitely a great experience.
The first thing I did was grab the sham from my new bedroom set, and take it to lowes. I got velspar paint (how do you all feel about it?) samples, and I painted two little areas of the wall. Waiting for them to dry!

I don't think this guy has painted since he bought the house in '03. Its just all neutral beige like the builders would have made it, with scuffs everywhere.
