one more day, we can do it!
i didn't do anything spectacular yesterday...but i did get some spectacular news! one of my bff's is pregnant! yay! she's 6 weeks (maybe, irregular periods) right now, so it's secret, but i'm SO excited! she's had a history of m/c, so i'm trying to not get too excited, but i do want to be pregnant with her.
not a whole lot going on today, i'm excited for the rain in the forecast. hope everyone has a great day!

I'm meeting (it's not quite an "interview") with a guy who runs a small tech startup. I feel sort of weird -- this is the first time I'm trying to leave a job entirely because I'm unhappy at it. Haven't told anyone at work yet since I have several months worth of good work I need to do.
ETA: saw Jennlin being excited about rain in the forecast. I can't say that I'm "excited", but somehow I actually got tired of all the warm sunny days. A sign I've been living here too long?

Niq - Good luck with your meeting. I'm in the same position right now for the first time in my life.
I need to haul out of here on time and clean my house - I have friends coming in sometime tonight or tomorrow. I hate the fact they fly standby - so I usually only officially have a few hours notice as to when they'll be here.

to talk about some vague thing he wants made...a brochure/news release? I wish I didn't have the education I have sometimes, even hearing that concept makes me 
. The two are MUTUALLY exclusive with two completely different goals and targets!!!! GAAAAHHHH ((Will I EVER get to work somewhere with actual brains?))
Not looking forward to the end of the week...it's moving weekend and my body is already killing me. Woke up with horrid leg cramping again.

Not too much going on today. Half marathon training lately has meant my legs just chronically hating me. I just want it to be tomorrow afternoon already.

KST - waking up with leg cramps is the WORST!! I've dealt with those from time to time since I was a kid and they're miserable. Taking extra magnesium helps me a lot. Hope you feel better and can get some rest before your move... just think, once you get through this, you'll be living in your new house!

I watched the movie Contagion earlier this week, and I think it has made me more of a germa-phobe, and I pay way more attention to what my hands touch now.

Good morning!
It's been an interesting day so far. Woke up with pretty painful contractions this morning at about 3:30. They've been super sporadic, though, so I'm not counting my chickens. But the ones I do have? Um, OW. I have my 40 week OB appointment today at 3, though, so we'll see if I've made any sort of progress. Please pray that I have!!

Happy Thursday!!!
I think the exhaustion thing is in the air! Im sooo sleepy today but on a good note tommorrow is friday and then I have TWO weeks off of work for my bff's wedding in Maui! I can't wait!!! In desperate need of a vacation but its made it harder ot concentrate at work!
I am so not excited. My tomato plants didn't do too well this year. Lots of fruit, most of them unripened. What's with this abbreviated summer thing?!
