packaged delivered but client didn't get it
my delivery confirmation is showing that this woman's package was delivered. i just sent her a screenshot (it was delivered 9/2). i don't know what if anything i should offer her at this point. i think it was delivered to her workplace and i'm wondering if it was lost internally there. it would be expensive for me to reprint them and i don't know that i should have to in this situation. what do you think?
Me:39 Dx LPD, Fibroid, AMA and all that goes with that. H:37 Dx low motility and low morphology. TTC since 3/12. Clomid 8/12 and 9/12: BFN. 11/12 on a break for Myomectomy sched. 11/26. Resume TTC early 2013.

As far as I am aware you are not responsible for anything - you did your job. She would have to file a claim with UPS, but she'd likely not get it since they technically did their job too.
I mailed it through USPS, not UPS, so I don't think they have a signature. Although I could call and see. I did not insure this package (I normally do, but I forgot this time) but actually it wouldn't matter since it was delivered. I hope it turns up.
ditto. And give it a few days...it could've been delivered to the wrong person/office at her job and they just haven't passed it along yet.
oh man that's a tough one because I totally am with you on not wanting to pay for that again but I would feel jipped because once it happened to be UPS said my package was delivered but they delivered it a wrong house...luckily it said that when the person scanned it so I was refunded and the lady ended up returning it to me haha
I would recommend to her to check around because why would someone want to steal personalized stuff?
USPS is a joke when it comes to getting reimbursed. I had insurance once and someone decided to steal stuff out of my brothers bday present at the big shipping facility and they wanted me to prove all receipts including the bag and tissue if I wanted that reimbursed and it said it could take like up to 90 days.
I think ultimately I would tell her you feel really bad but since it was delivered to her work you can't just eat that cost and redo everything. Maybe offer her a discount if she does want to order again???

I will say tha tI once ordered Raven a Halloween costume. USPS confirmed delivery but I never got it. I think it was stolen off of my frount porch. The shop I ordered it from basically told me I was SOL. I know it wasnt their fault but it would have been nice for them to offer me a discount or free shipping on my next purchase.
i think if i ever hear back from her i'll offer her to reprint them at cost since now that it's designed it's no sweat off my back to send the files to the printer again. and of course she would have to pay for envelopes, too. i feel bad for her but I bet they are somewhere in that office.
it's been awhile, by the way. it's the 15th today and it was delivered on the 2nd.
i didn't get insurance (i usually do but through a third party which is much cheaper than USPS insurance) but i don't think she'd have a claim anyway.
i don't know. i think a lot of people do this because maybe they think it's more secure? i am just guessing that she sent it to her office but i don't know. i live not far from her and the address is where a lot of offices are so i'm just guessing.
