stupid baby item question
I received these
multi-use washable pads by mistake-- I didn't pay attention that there were different sizes when registering and they seem huge. Can I cut them down to be more usable? I assume it'd be fine (but wasn't sure if it would fall apart somehow?!)... or would I find a use for such a large size?
Re: stupid baby item question
Those look like the right size to put down in a pack-n-play. I don't know if you're using a PNP or not; we kept DD in our bedroom for the first few months in a PNP and I used these over the sheets for the inevitable spit-up. (Actually, DD was such a spitter that I couldn't keep up with the laundry and started using disposable incontinence pads, but maybe you won't have that problem.) I think these size pads are also good as portable changing pads.
As far as cutting...If these are the ones that don't have any stitching around the outside edge, then you should be able to cut them. I have some Gerber waterproof pads that I cut down from from a larger size because it was cheaper than buying the packs of small pads.
