What's for dinner? I can't decide what to make and need ideas. I feel like I have been in a food slump lately. We just moved after getting back from seeing DH for his R&R and moving has made me pretty exhausted. However, I have to feed the kids something healthy.
Re: WFD?
If my best friend comes over to make dinner with me, it'll be cinnamon bacon carbonara.
If I got to my parents' house, it'll be roast with mashed potatoes.
Nothing very quick and easy unfortunately.
Left over soup. It's sauteed onions, garlic, and turkey sausage. Then a big can of crushed tomatoes, tomato paste (plus two cups water), 1 can kidney beans, black beans, garbonzo, and navy beans. Add salt, pepper, red pepper, chili powder, and a couple of dashes of frank's hot sauce to taste. It's a made up soup.
We're having frozen pizza. Probably doesn't help you though
We're getting ready to PCS so our meals have been sort of a pantry purge lately. Last night I baked a chicken breast with a sour cream mixture on top. When it was finished, I shredded it and added cheese and stuffing and baked it for a few more minutes. It was very easy and pretty tasty.
That sounds really good.
I just made a healthy version of beef stroganoff with a recipe from sparkpeople. DH keeps requesting it, and DD eats it, which is a rarity in my house.

Sorry it's not clicky.
