  • Snoop doggie dawwwwwwwwwwwwg...snoop doggie dawwwwwwwwwwg - DH and I are buying this CD tonight. No idea why, but we are.
  • With the "nestie spotlight" I think all should make a point of asking questions to the nestie that is being spotlighted. I make it my goal to ask questions (first out of curiosity and because we all decided to do it).

When I see people post other things but not ask certain nesties questions it makes me feel a bit weird. I do hope we can all muster an interest in the lives of all our members. :-)

I think you may read more into this than is there. I enjoy the Nestie spotlights, but sometimes I feel like I dont know the person well enough to ask a good question, sometimes i start to type up questions and get distracted, or everything I can think of has already been asked. It's not any indication of whether or not I like the person so I would hate for anyone to feel weird about my (or anyone else's) lack of a question that day.

I admit that I'm bad about this. I always intend on asking questions, but then either someone has already asked what I had in mind or I get side track and never seem to make it back.

Oh I understand that. But I like to be inclusive and ask all nesties general questions so that no one feels "left out" when only a few people respond.

  • I've been hearing about the Missoni for Target line, so I looked at the Target site today.  Apparently I'm the only person who thinks this sh*t is fug, all of it is sold out and I've heard the stores are sold out as well.

Nope you aren't the only person. I looked at it yesterday after I read an article that people were waiting hours outside Target just to get their hands on something. Honestly, the colors and the patterns remind me of something I've seen my mom wear in pictures circa 60s/70s. NMS

ETA: I will say that the clothing they had for little girls though looked cute.

Bahaha. Me, too! I hate it. I told my MIL and SIL, who are going nuts about it, that it looks like a tacky southwestern print to me. I don't get it.

Yes, that little trench coat would be cute for M.

Ditto. My cousin and I were discussing it and I said the exact same thing about it being tacky!

  • Brad Pitt. I read a few excerpts from his interview with Parade and it seems like anything that involves him also has to involve Jennifer Aniston.  Their divorce was five years ago and I don't get why he still has to talk about his marriage to her.  He is such an over-exposed celebrity, not to mention his Angie years have made him look incredibly old, haggard and run down. If he's really moved on with his life, why does he always have to bring up his last marriage? Get over it.

I saw this. Seriously, dude, how hard is it to say "She's a wonderful woman. She's just not the woman for me. Next question?"
