Maybe it's just me but this week went Fast!!
Anybody know if there is a dress code at Charlie's Crab?
I think my dishwasher is sort of broken. It washes but never cycles through to the drying part it get suck just before.

This week went terribly slowly for me. It was not fun.
I don't think Charlie's Crab has a strict dress code, but I probably wouldn't wear jeans.
Morning. Yesterday, I baked for several hours. I have enough of fruit breads, muffins, and bundt cakes for 126 servings. Should be okay for a 54 person party.

And...it's the last Friday where we have CivPro makeups. This means from here on out, I'll be done at 12:10 instead of 2:50.
And we're closing on our mortgage re-fi. Hurray for paying less interest!
I'm a happy happy girl today.
I also had a pretty not fun week. My academic confidence over time chart did not look pretty this week.
Time to prep for Torts, but I hope everyone has a spectacular weekend.

I am very impressed! That sounds like enough baked goodness for your party. Hopefully you get to relax a little today after your baking extravaganza.
Whew...I had a scare there. I was just told that we are hiring an additional person and that person will be in my work area. I thought my days of nesting were over. However my boss is looking at work stations that have partion walls.
This still sucks because my space will be smaller and I might lose my window location.
For those of you that have been to my work, you know that is a huge lose.
I hope everyone has a fun and relaxing (and interest saving) weekend. I know this week has been a tough one for some of y'all.
I start a new class tonight. I'm looking forward to it. I have some more reading and packing to do today.
So, the outside of one of bundt cakes got kind of dark. I might have to redo. Grrr...
Can you put a glaze of some sort on it to cover up the darkness.
I'm sure it will be fine. Don't stress yourself out about baking another one.

Can you put a piece of paper on the window that reads "Property of gvsubride05"? That should work.
We are getting three new work stations so it will be set up completely different. My side of the office is bigger, therefore two stations will go there. The new person will work in confjuction with the other person in the office and will be working with money, so it will make sense to put those two on my side of the office and block access from the office door. I did let boss know I don't want to lose my window if at all possible.

I have been MIA this week...what a crazy one it was. I started my job on Monday! I love it so far. So much info for my brain who has not had to learn anything new in awhile....but I do love it. The people are great and the job is fun!
Bummer to the week is Noah is sick with a cold. My little sweetie is just not feeling like himself. I never thought I would love snot filled hugs and kisses so much...I can tell I am a mom now! HA! Thankfully, no fever today! YAY!
Regarding yesterday's concerns over crime being up: I stopped in to see Dad this morning and asked him about it and he said he really doesn't see much more of a differencebut with people being out of work he is seeing more unusual crimes of B&E's. He did say that cadaladic convertors on car are being stolen more. So I guess guard your cars girls.
My boss wants me to work all afternoon and evening on 10/1 - a Saturday and our wedding anniversary.
So much for a nice, celebretory dinner with B.

Kasa, I'm sad for you about working on your anniversary. For the past 3 years either Jim or I have had class on ours. I think this year we might actually spend the day together.

That's pretty much exactly what I initially said, and I even offered to work Friday evening and early Saturday instead. But she got really snotty about and said she really needs me to work the original times. So, I just agreed under the condition that I get certain job responsibilities that day (it's for a special event).
