Holiday G2G - Date Chosen & Time Poll
The G2G will be 12/3 as per the poll from the last post.
Now, what time? We will have a two hour time slot with an additional 30 minutes to wrap up our session. PAWT is completely open for this date, so please choose a time period:
[Poll]
I will call on Friday to set up the date/time and will let everyone know about painting choices and monies due at that time.

Mrsjager - Yes! Of course you can come.
Jaymi - I think this is a good idea. Maybe the person who runs the Elfster thing could arrange it where the people who will not be attending the G2G will give to each other and those who are attending would have each other (without anyone knowing who they got of course)...or does that take the fun out?
I ran the Elfster thing last year. There is really no way to do this unless there were two completely separate groups. I will pass the reins if someone wants to do it for the whole forum.
I don't mind arranging it for the Christmas Party, but I don't want to organize the "by mail" one again.
The only reason I don't like the idea of having 2 separate groups is that there's always the chance that even if someone paid and said they will go, they may not in the end.
I don't know what all is involved doing elfster but I'll do it.
ETA: I guess we have the same chances of someone not getting one is there regardless. What about we do one mass group and have them either mailed so they get them by the 2nd or you can bring it to the party if the person you drew will be at the party?
That works too except some people will get one at the party and some will not. We could just do the regular ornament exchange and do something different for the party.... like a chinese christmas with ornaments or something else.
I don't know, lol. I don't even want to think about Christmas right now.
What about a cookie exchange?
Oooh, we do one up here at work and it is really fun. I love the ornament exchange though too. I didn't do it last year but I want to this year.
With All the Trimmings
Just do it!
We are really breaking your rule, huh? I mean, it's not even October
Pandora is breaking your rule too. Yesterday within an hour they played 2 Christmas songs and Christmas music is not even on my list.
