Anyone have a good one? We had a really tasty couscous dish at a friends house years ago, but I could never get the recipe from them. Anyone have one they'd like to share?
It will be paired with pork loin with a cherry ancho sauce.

I buy this brand at Fiesta and love the roasted garlic and oil flavor. I also will sautee mushrooms and garlic on my own and mix it into the Original flavor.
The site also has a bunch of recipes.

This is my favorite couscous recipe. It's super easy and very tasty.

For my super easy one using all dried/ground spices, I just use chicken broth to boil mine (or use water and chicken bouillon), and add a bit of butter, parsley, minced dried onion, basil, black pepper, and garlic powder. If I'm willing to put in more time and effort, I'll use fresh onion, garlic, basil and parsley in place of the dried.
It goes well with pretty much anything, I've found.
