How long did your kids 'teeth' before they got teeth?

Because this waiting game is driving me crazy. Wyatt has been drooling and chewing on everything since february and  khdflj;?kyugto78pui (Wyatt says hi) still has no teeth. The past 2 nights he's had a low fever and liquid poops, and has been cranky as he's ever been but doesn't seem sick.

Oh, and I completely forgot to update you girls, I weighed Wyatt last week at 16lbs 14.4oz, meaning that in two weeks he gain half a pound, and all of his weight loss back!!! We were so relieved!  Plus he has looked visibly taller over the past week or so, so I think we're finally out of the woods.

  • Parker start drooling and chewing his hands when he was 3-4 months old.  He got his first 4 teeth at once at 9.5 months.

  • Man...Anders was never really a chew or drool kid (still isn't...)

We notice a change in his personality (wanting to snuggle, waking up 1-2 times during the night, more prone to crying, sleeping during the day more) for about a week before we see a tooth bud-the little white bit through he gums. It typically takes 1-2 more weeks until we actually see a tooth through the surface.

  • So happy Wyatt's weight is back on track!!!

Julia started drooling and chewing on her hands around 4 months and finally cut a tooth last Tuesday (8 months).

  • Maggie got her first 2 teeth at 15 weeks. She is getting her last tooth right now (aside from her 2 year molars). Usually we see the slight white spot on the gums and we have about 5-7 days before it cuts the gum. Her eye teeth have definitely been the worse coming through.
