As a result of these updates, members of the Nest Community will need to change their password in order to continue participating in the community. In addition, The Nest community member's avatars will be replaced with generic default avatars. If you wish to revert to your original avatar, you will need to re-upload it via The Nest.

There are several bulletin board applications. I've never done one, but have setup other similar websites. You'd need a webhost w/ database, the bb software installed to it, and a domain name.
Hosting isn't free (correction - reliable hosting isn't free), and the better bb apps aren't free either. Domain name registration fees vary.
ETA - this would be for a traditional forum, like you'd find here or any other message board.
.... or a nice free easy way. Much better! lol I forgot all about this.
