I watched it tonight on DVR. I liked it and think it has potential.
DH walked in and said, "Oh no. You're watching another teen show on the CW?" Me: "This one's different! It's really a witch drama, not a teen drama." LOL
I am confused about one thing. So the 6 kids all have a parent that died 16 years ago- they were all witches as well as the other parents who remained? Who made the last circle- the dead parents or living ones? I think I missed that and I deleted it already.

Kinda torn on if I do want to watch it though. It is LOOSELY based on a series of 3 books by the same name. They completely eliminated some of the characters (original circle has 12 members- 7 girls and 5 guys) and Cassies mom is not dead. It also takes place in New Salem, Mass. I got really annoyed when I read the synopsis because they made such drastic changes to the main plot line.

I was confused as well.
They kept mentioned 6 families, but then how Cassie and the one kid's future together was written in the stars or whatever. How could 6 families keep getting together with each other and there not be incest or something?
I watched it because it was on after Vampire Diaries. I'll watch another episode or two, but I'm hoping it gets better.

I liked it. I read the books, but it was a long time ago and I don't remember the details.
It kind of reminded me of that movie, The Craft.
I thought the exact same thing - which in turn makes me think of Charmed, haha.
That is the first thing I thought of when I was watching it. I will probably watch at least a few more epsiodes to see if I really like it enough or not. I watch Vampire Diaries so it will be on after anyways. I can't tell whether I am going to like yet or not. I thought it had some good parts but some of the other parts where not that great.
