WTH?
Our house is for sale. There is a sign on the front yard.
I am in the kitchen on my laptop and there is a big sliding glass door so I have an excellent view of the sidewalk. I see this woman in her 60s walk, stare at the sign and then she peeks through the windows. She is 3 feet from me, doesn't see me. Gets inside my property and peeks through all the windows. I went outside and now she is doing the same at the neighbors!

Apparently a for sale sign is a license to trespass.
Someone did this to us when our house in NY was for sale, except she went around my car, opened the fence to our back garden (there was only about a foot of space between my car and the gate), entered our back garden, and peered into our kitchen windows. I hope she learned her lesson because while she was doing this we were in our kitchen having sex. She got an eyeful.
I should say that the only way you could even see in our kitchen was if you were trespassing on our property. We had a high fence and our property backed into a parking lot.
My father's house has a huge picture window right in front of his front porch. Do you know how many times people are peeking in at me? Its disturbing!
You have to hope that it was the For Sale Sign that lured her in. I don't feel good at all when people have walked on to my own property and look in my house!
Ha! That's fantastic! Biscuit, maybe you should do something like this next time someone comes peeking around. Make them regret snooping!
ETA: Though if you start taking your shirt off every time someone comes by, you might actually increase the traffic flow!
