I cannot watch that show. I get too paranoid.
My H's friend's fiancee didn't know she was pregnant until about 10 days before she gave birth. Insane.
I met her when she was about 5 months and there was no way I would have thought she was pregnant. Apparently she got her period the whole time. I have no idea about feeling the baby kick though, I have no clue how someone could miss that or think it was just gas.
