Has anybody heard about anything good in NH? or Boston?
I have a Bachelor's in Sociology and lots of experience in retail, customer service, and child care...
There is no room for growth in my current job, and with my eagerness to take on more responsibilities, that just isn't gonna fly!
TIA!

Re: I need a new job!
First ... I must say I did a double take because you and YH have the same names as MH and myself. Spelled the same and everything. lol
As far as the job situation in Boston ... my friend lives in Boston and said that it's really difficult to find a job in that area right now. But, I'd start looking on indeed.com or doing some cold calling. I, personally, hate cold calling, but it has given me a few job leads.
GL!
I'm not in the Boston area, but I wanted to offer advice to keep up with your networking vs. sticking solely to jobs that are already posted. In my recent job search (due to my company being acquired) I was amazed at how many of us got interviews and job offers through contacts, former coworkers and networking versus the traditional response to a posting or through a recruiter.
Good luck in your search!

What a crazy coincidence! :-)
