Nanny Update
Hi All,
Just wanted to say how much I appreciated everybody who shed some light on how to possibly go about finding a nanny in Bangladesh. It really was totally all about word of mouth, and after some very odd interactions fraught with language barriers having to contact friends of other people's nannies, (or ayahs as they are called here) We finally found one!
We are still working some of the kinks out, for example we use cloth diapers so that has required more explanation than I realized, and she still won't use diaper wipes on poos (she just baths the baby from the waste down every time, even though we have told her she doesn't have to do that) But it has only been a week or so and overall she is very good with the baby so we are pleased.
