End of 1st Tri U/S
I had my end of 1st tri u/s on Thursday. It went very well. They
couldn't tell the gender, but baby was moving around a lot (the doctor
said he/she was moving around more than most babies). So we have an
active baby on our hands. I'm currently 13 weeks and 3 days, which is
what I thought. We bought a house at the end of May, and are having a
family housewarming party on the 25th. We've only told our parents and
my brother so far. We're waiting to announce it to the rest of our
family and to all of our friends publicly and on facebook until after
that, because we want to tell the extended family in person, as opposed
to them finding out via email or facebook. It's hard keeping it a
secret for another 8 days because we know we're in the clear in terms of
a miscarriage, but, it's worth it to tell the extended family in
person.
