Crazy story of the day...
I have a CW/ friend who's 9 year old daughter went missing this morning (she's home and safe now). From the frantic Facebook posts I've gathered that she was sent to her room about 10:00 this morning to get dressed and pick up her room. At 10:30 her mom/ my CW's wife went to check on her and the little girl was not in the room and the screen had been cut from the window. The police were called and they brought out the search dogs, friends and neighbors were looking and the little girl's info was being reposted on fb. Obviously is was a very frantic situation.
Within an hour he posted on fb that his daughter had been found and she was at home. He followed up a little while ago that it all boiled down to her not wanting to clean her room. She cut the screen out of her window and went to a friend's house.
I don't know what I would do to a child in this situation but my parents would have nearly killed me. My dad probably would have boarded up my windows after that.
