Mortgage Question
Does anyone know of any programs that help people get mortgages who are self employed? I did not realize that owning your own business would be such a negative when trying to get a mortgage.

There really aren't any programs to help a self employed borrower, since underwriters should calculate income about the same.
What kind of business are you? 1099, schedule C, s-corp?
I have no idea, I'm actually asking for a friend. If I find out, I'll ask again
