We are finally getting settled, with jetlag, waiting for our stuff to arrive and internet finally getting set up. Really, in Korea we called to get internet set up and they were over at the flat in an hour, here five days. But we now have it so I am happy.
And for those interested in weather in different parts of the world, we left summer and arrived in the middle of autumn, from 30 degrees to 16 degree. Brrr, I am still not adjusted. We had to rush out and get M some clothes since he didn't have any warmer clothes his size. Today is a beautiful autumn day, perfect for baking, once I get my house in order I am gonna bake.
What have I missed? Fill me in ladies.
Re: Back in the UK
Welcome back! Glad you are getting settled. It will probably take a while to get used to the colder weather, but I think baking is a great way to warm up! Wanna make some for me too?
Cecilia arrived 12 October 2012
Welcome back! It took us about a month to get internet so yay for five days!
What are you going to bake? I'm going to make banana and blueberry muffins tonight.
I'm pretty sure I waited about 2 weeks for TV and 3 weeks for internet. 5 days doesn't sound so bad:-)
In Edinburgh ours took 8 weeks. 8 weeks!
5 days = witchcraft
Welcome back! (If someone who is rarely on TN can say that!)
I made crumble tonight, very nice with the fall weather too!
7 weeks here! 7 LOOOOONG weeks. Turns out we are incapable of living without internet, we couldn't do the simplest things.
Welcome back to the UK!
