I'm back :-) PIP
I've been MIA the last few weeks and a TON (good and bad) has happend.
We had an amazing anniversary. We went to the melting pot and had a great dinner and it was so great to eat, drink and talk to over two hours over our meal!
I went to az. to see my best friend and be there when she had her baby. Jace Loki G. was born on August 24th at 9:13 via c-section after 30 hours of labor and little progression.
this picture was taken around midnight after he was born. I had been up since 4:30 am on the 22nd.
While I was on my trip my DH was layed off due to budge cuts. Luckily we have a savings account and with unemployment I wont have to drop out of school to get a full time job. DH is looking for jobs in the area and then considering travel nursing. I would stay home to finish up school.
When I got home we went camping for my birthday with a few friends. We had a great time until we got kicked out of the campground for having our dogs off the leash while we were swimming! Stupid crazy camphost!

And lastely, I just got home from moving my Noni (grandma) from stockton to seattle. I flew down and then helped my Aunt pack my Nonis house that she has lived in since 1962. Then drove to Seattle and unpacked and took the train back to Portland.
I'm SO ready to stay home for awhile now!

Oh my goodness, you have been busy!
I will keep my fingers crossed that your Husband finds a job quickly, that must have been a big shock for you.
Storm- I wasn't a big fan of az. Too hot!!! But, I didn't really get to do any sigh-seeing things since I was there to see M have her baby.
DH has been on the job search and has put in a few applicaitions. One of which he has a good lead and did his capstone, in college, in the unit. I'm really hoping that we hear something back in the next week or so. Keep your fingers crossed for him!
