We leave Friday morning for Dubai, then Saturday for Italy! So I have a lot to get done at work this week and it is SOOO hard to concentrate.
QOTD: Last night I dreamt that I met Publius and Onesly somewhere in Singapore, but that we were driving to Dubai. Where we went to a mall and ate some bad ribs at some American chain restaurant. Then they left and I somehow ended up in a cheap motel in someone else's room and I just got ready. The people who were staying there came back and found me hiding there, but they were Jehovah's witnesses and so helped me not get in trouble with the manager. I left and they were trying to get me to come to church, but I said no and got away from them.
Then I woke up.

Good morning. I am so tired this morning. All I want is to close my eyes and put my head on my desk. I think that sleeping on the job would be frowned upon on my second week.
Nothing much going on this week. The boy goes to get his French visa on Wednesday and then he's making me dinner.
I made brownies last night and they are highly delicious.
QOTD: I had a dream last night that I was one of many ancient Roman prostitutes waiting to get chosen, but I was older so it wasn't likely anyone would pick me. If we did get picked we had to slide down a really steep hill. The idea of going down the hill was scarier than the idea of being a prostitute.
No one picked me, so I sat at the top drinking chocolate milk.
Morning. Today's my B'day. I am old. But it means I had a rock solid reason to lay around in my jammies reading. H is cooking me dinner too.
We find out on Wednesday if Delta needs Entropin surgery on her other eye. In some ways I hope not, but if it will fix the problem for good, I'm a bit all for it.

Going for lunch with a few girlfriends today and ironing tags on all of M's clothes for school.
H is bidding on a hotel project, so I'm helping him choose furniture to present for their terrace and beach.

QOTD: Last night I dreamed that we inherited quite a sum and were house hunting. I watched quite a few home decor and house hunting shows yesterday, so that must be why.

SWEET!! I made it into Jetur's dreams! Nothing much going on here...I'm about 99.99% sure I'm getting sick. Achy body, stuffy head and "floaty" feeling make for a sick Onesly. Otherwise...nothing much. Just work. And I really need to do laundry.
QOTD: I can't really remember the last dream I had, which is weird, because my dreams are always SUPER vivid and I remember them most of the time.

Last week the H was OOT, next week he'll be OOT, he's here this week and it's nice to have a H is home week sandwich.
QOTD: Last night I had a dream that, while I don't remember the details, kept me thinking - wow, this would make a great book. I woke up knowing I was going to have the dream again. I kept thinking of how Stephanie Mayer said she wrote Twilight based on a dream and that I think that's so cheesy, but at the same time I thought this story in my dream would be a good book. Now that you asked this question, I think maybe it's destiny.

Dude, OMG I hope your dream was about vampires or set in some historical time. That way you can just write a new book whenever you need more money. That is the true genius of Stephanie Mayer and vampire or fantasy books.
Imagine Game of Thrones... if he wanted he could follow that until today, except it would be more like the Bushes and Cheyney's of the world trying to get in power and how they choose their "hand" and what not.

Good morning!!! It's my second week at my new job, and it's a big week for the office, with a mediation and several closings scheduled as well as a community business leaders' breakfast and a CLE seminar. So I am busy, busy, busy. Now if I remember to answer the phone with the name of this firm and not the one I worked for in NOLA it would be much better.
QOTD: I really don't remember any recent dreams. DH woke me up screaming last night because he was having a bad dream.
ETA: HAPPY BIRHTDAY AMRS!!! I have some chocolate ripple cake, rum, and/or champagne for celebrations.

DH is out of town for work until Wednesday...so I'm going to clean up the apartment a bit, do some laundry, and then going to a friend's this afternoon. Tomorrow is my first day at the University for my French certification course!!
QOTD: I don't remember any recent dreams. I do have a fairly reoccurring dream though, I'm at the ocean and it looks very beautiful from a distance, but once I get up to the ocean it's black water and high and rough. The dream varies though, I've been in this deep, black ocean before. I went in thinking it was calm and blue but once I went under I could see that it 100s of feet deep and dark(it was at the beach), I've also been at the ocean when it's raining and even looks uninvinting from a far, but I keep being encouraged to get closer. The most recent version of this dream involved me being at a beach resort and from a distance the ocean was blue and calm, but once I got up to it was dark and rough and overtook the landscape (like a flood).
Very weird, I've been researching what it means and have found that it has to do with unknown fears.
Crap, I don't know if my dream was sequel-worthy. I'll have to try to think this through better...

I just got back from my first run since early Spring and it felt great. Now to keep on the wagon, hopefully it will be easy. H came back yesterday and we are taking one of his work guys out for dinner tonight.

I just got back from zumba. I'm really enjoying working out in the mornings though it's so hard to get out of bed. Today I'm doing more crochet. Trying to get a lot done before I head to the States this weekend. Doing two markets in October so I feel like I'm doing this all day every day.

I had a productive day yesterday. We finally joined the gym and I went for a swim (which was horrible, but still felt good)! Now to keep going and make it worthwhile.
I'm also so tired today. I couldn't sleep at all last night, so probably only got a few hours in. Hopefully that means tonight will be better.
QOTD: I know I had a weird dream a few nights ago, but can't for the life of me remember what it was about. I hardly ever remember my dreams.

My week is going to be kind of meh. H is headed home for some meetings later this week and I'm headed to China a few days later. I don't feel like going to China again. Boo hoo, I know.
QOTD: Early this morning I had a dream that I was on my early AM conference call and kept getting caught falling asleep. I woke up several times, freaked out, to check the clock and kept going right back into the dream as soon as I fell asleep again.

Reoccurring dreams always mean something is going on in my life. And usually, once I correctly interpret the dream, it stops.
Lately, though, I've been having a reoccurring dream that someone (not H) is trying to force me to kiss them or have sex with them. The last one was actually pretty graphic. Luckily, I've been able to resist in the dreams, but it's very unpleasant.
The best I've been able to come up with is that I'm feeling like someone is exposing me/making me vulnerable in some way. Maybe because we're finally making some good friends here and H is the more social one so I feel like he's pulling me out of my shell unwillingly?? Who knows.
