I made this last night. I didn't realize it made so much so we will be having left overs tonight. It was VERY good and it worked out perfect since Jordan has soccer practice tonight. I don't have much time to cook on soccer practice nights.
I made DH and I a sadwich this morning and reminded him to get his lunch...of course I walked right out without mine. So me and a couple of coworkers are going to a local sandwhich shop for some lunch.
Lunch: Poblano pepper and corn chowder with sweet potato chips.
Dinner: Pork loin in El Pato sauce with rice and beans, I think. I can't remember what the H made for sure.
Lunch: leftover Thai take-out food from last night
Dinner: another batch of the eggplant and sausage pasta

Lunch was a tuna melt on a bagel thin w/ havarti and baby carrots.
Dinner was TBD, but now I think it will be BLTs.
We'll just not tell H about this little fact, m'kay?
Lunch was a pasta salad with beans and pepperoni.
Dinner will be lemon and pepper pork tenderloin with green beans and potatoes.

I didn't pack a lunch so either a sandwich or pizza from nearby.
Dinner is turkey and cheese paninis with zucchini chips.
Lunch: Bangkok Thai burrito (brown rice, cucumbers, Asian slaw, and spicy peanut sauce) with tofu
Dinner: leftover vegetable fajitas with black bean (but minus guacamole b/c I used up all our avocados last night...
)

Lunch will be a turkey sandwich with chips.
I'm not sure about dinner. DH has class so I'll have to see what I feel like having when I get home.
Lunch - egg salad on a whole wheat sandwich thin and an apple with peanut butter.
Dinner - burritos bowls (leftover salsa chicken, brown rice, black beans, salsa, guacamole, cheese, lettuce, and corn)
I was finally able to eat something at about 3:00 and I had a crap ton of McDonalds.
Dinner tonight is taco night.

I had chicken chili for lunch with some yogurt.
Dinner anything but chicken chili I've had it every day since Friday.

I'm so jealous of all your food. I haven't had solid food since last Tuesday.
I didn't eat lunch.
For supper I get pudding and a glass of milk with that instant breakfast powder in it. The kids got hot dogs and home fries.
I'm starving :'(
