i'm a whiner
i got blood drawn out of my right arm and a tetanus shot in the left. i wanna go home and take a nap. i massaged my arm for the shot but the blood draw spot hurts like a btch.
just needed to let some one know, lol.

i'm the absolute worst with needles. i get made fun of by the vampires that steal my blood.
ETA: i call the blood-draw-techs vampires. not literal vampires.

jumped ship to the new and improved nest. back to TB for baby boards.
i told the guy before he started that i might get sick but i'll try not to. he replied that he'll try not to either.. lol. i looked away and he was done within a minute and a half. i felt sick at first, but after i felt fine. my arm hurts now because i use the 10-key a lot and since it's the hand i write with, i can't just not do anything.. so it's bent and now in pain.. sad face. big time.
I hate shots too, here's a lollipop to feel better:

they absolutely do. next time i need my blood drawn, i'm bringing my own HK bandaids (thanks uw!!). i told the vampire last time that i wanted a HK bandaid and he said he'd draw a cat on mine for me. but he didn't

Right there with you. I hate needles, and I'm generally extremely medically squeamish. My personal rule is that doctor appointments are to be followed with pedicures.
