I'm pretty sure the next person to call my kid a girl is getting a karate chop to the jugular

Enough said.

And now may I present to you the following outfits in which I have been told that I have 'such a cute little girl' (in the past 6 weeks)

  • That's crazy.  All of those outfits look incredibly masculine to me!  People are dumb :)

  • I usually hear about girls being called boys. My friend has a pink car seat for her daughter and will even have a pink head band on her and people will call her a boy. I agree those outfits look masculine to me.

  • People are idiots.

My policy is that if I don't know the gender of the baby, regardless of how the child is dressed, DO NOT comment on it. It is possible to say things like "what a cute baby" etc. and therefore not stick one's foot in one's mouth. Then if conversations continues, listen for clues from the parent... ie, references to she or he.

I personally do not like the taste of feet so it works out well for me. People just need to think a little more. :)

  • People can be complete idiots! No way does Wyatt look like a boy in any of those pictures (or at all!)

  • I don't get that at all! I think Wyatt would look like a boy even if you put him in a dress! People are just weird.

Thanks everyone, I thought he was pretty manly too lol. Maybe it's just because he looks like me... who knows. The stupidity of people never ceases to amaze me.

  • What?!?  I'd love to see how there people are dressing their little girls.  I love the pic of Wyatt standing - he looks like a cute little old man.  Smile
