Sewing machine tension ?
Along my seams there are random little loops of twisted thread. I can't find my manual but I assume this means my tension is too loose. Does that sound right?

Can you PIP what the loops look like?
Otherwise, I'd go with:
...this. I used to have this problem with my machine too where the bobbin wasn't threaded properly or the top had slipped out of the correct threading. It was a huge pain in my butt.
