Need to vent something today? Go ahead.
I'm so sick of cashiers making fake small talk. Yes, I'm fine today. Yes, I found everything. And do you really think I need help out with my two tiny little plastic bags? I imagine they're told to ask these things, so I can't be too hard on them, but for Pete's sake, I hate fake small talk!

I hate more work and grief for me because someone else didn't follow through on their job...especially when others don't have to do it at all.

You read my mind! I so needed a vent.
My boss is a bit awkward in general, but he just made some backhand comment in a unit meeting that was basically acknowledging that I do WAY more work a year than anyone else, but then saying it was because of the type of work I do. Um, thanks. Yeah, it has nothing to do with how hard I actually work, it is all about how easy my work is? Sure.
Lovely. You should write that comment down and bring it up in your review (the part about how much work you do, not the other part).
I am sick of my boss having no concept of baking whatsoever. He has no training in cakes, decorating, pastries or anything of that nature and yet he is constantly lording over everyone in our department about how long things take and blah blah blah.. sometime I just feel like saying "OK you think you can do it faster and better then go ahead you do it." Oh that's right he couldn't. He couldn't frost a cupcake let alone assemble and decorate and 4+ tier wedding cake. And then at the end of the day there is no. Wow great job. Or that turned out nice. Just criticisms.
This is not a vent but I think Netflix is headed down hill with their recent stuff of Qwickster. Really? We cancelled our DVD service and went with streaming. However, we rarely see streaming movies so we might cancel that too.

I am sick of my mom and MIL constantly pulling at me for time and trying to get their stakes in for time when the baby is born. They go back and forth trying to consume every free moment, every day off, every second to catch my breath and then when/if I turn them down i get a huge guilt trip.
They are already trying to "call dibs" on when their "turn" is to get the baby. Trying to guilt me into making sure they get their time with her. It's not like I am saying they will only see her on holidays and birthdays, not by any stretch. I am just saying that I am not going to give her to them several times a week which is what they want. I am at the point of just throwing my hands up and screaming "HEY this is our child. not yours back the F**k off!"

Why don't people call back when they said they will? I know the economy blows but if I am trying to give you business, CALL ME BACK! Don't blow me off buddy.
Why can't there be more affordable ways to work out? I love my Y but the classes are getting boring and I can only do so much on the dreadmill and elliptical. I have looked into boot camp or PT in my area but a) it is $$$ and b) they don't call me back to set up a time to meet. Ugh.
I say go for it. Maybe not use the f word, but you've mentioned this before and maybe it's time you and H set some boundaries.

I wish my boss would stop telling me how much he dislikes my coworker (who thinks she is my manager and has been trash-talking me to our other CWs) and actually DO something about her.
I want to quit this job SO bad - and mostly because I want to pull a Scarface on this bitchy coworker. YOU can do my job now, bish.
