Oh, I'snt there some construction on the HEB side of that intersection? I think DH and I noticed it when we drove that way recently.
They are putting medical buildings in that location:

I wouldn't be surprised if they ended up putting a TJ's back in the SR area, though. It seems a lot of new businesses/restaurants are ending up back there.
Yes, over by Ace and the 24 hour fitness. By HEB is medical offices.
