Foreclosure

If, hypothetically speaking, you were going to look at a foreclosed house what kinds of things would you look for and ask??

Re: Foreclosure

  • Look for - same things I'd look for in any other house.  Layout, use of space, work needed, structure, age of important things: HVAC, windows, flooring, appliances, roof; foundation, look for any water damage.

What would I ask? I doubt anyone knows much about the property so I'm not sure who you'd ask.  Likely the listing agent and bank (owners) do not know much about the house besides what's listed.
