how to start a blog.
I really want to start a blog. for all of our family pictures but am clueless when it comes to websites. Any recommendations on how to get started creating one. I need simple!

Wordpress would be a bit intimidating for a new blogger.
I'd go with Blogger. Very user-friendly, and widely used. It's also very customizable. You can see an example of mine here:

Yours would probably be a bit different, as you said you want it to be a picture blog, but you can definitely set it up however you like
