I have my first day of my French Certification program at Universit? de Neuch?tel today... I'm nervous!

I'll be at the Universit? until 4sh, then I need to come home and do laundry and possibly study French :S. It's DH's bday, but he's in Sweden for work
QOTD: Yes, I remember my first day. My mom took me to school and I cried for 30 minutes and she was there with me crying. Eventually she left and I stopped crying and remembered how I felt like such a big kid when she picked me up around 11:30.
I wore a black mini skirt with ruffles that pink polka dots, pink leggings, and a matching shirt. I don't remember my shoes. My hair was almost white blonde and very curly. My mom has an awesome pic of me on that day with my bright pink backpack before leaving our house. I wish I could ask her to scan it an email me it but she's on a medical mission in Africa

Today I have a nice short day with only 3 classes but I have my open class tomorrow (where the parents come and watch the class) so I am busy preparing for that.
QOTD: I don't remember my first day but I know that I cried so much...and it didn't get better after the first day. My mom eventually had to get the neighbour to walk me to schol because I wouldn't stop crying if she did it. I had never been away from her before kindergarten and I think it was quite a shock...plus I was a really shy kid.
Morning everyone! Good job on getting the post up early, ktkl! I don't have much going on today, but it's going to be a looooong day. FH woke up early to watch the Giant's game, I couldn't sleep once I woke up and noticed he was out of bed so then we were both up at like 5am. There goes my morning run, too. The gym is going to suck tonight.
QOTD: I don't remember, but I went to preschool before kindergarten, so I doubt it was that big a deal. We had to wear some sort of horrible navy jumper (American kind, so like an overall dress) with a white short sleeve shirt underneath with a peter pan collar, and a little handkerchief pinned on. In red, white and blue, of course.
Good morning! I have absolutely no life anymore so no plans here, just trying to get through work. If there's time today, I'm going to tell my boss that I'm pregnant (since i keep missing work) so wish me luck!
QODT: I don't remember but I do remember a picture involvin a cute little blue jacket and pink backpack. I had a terrible time in kindergarten (my teacher was horrific) so I remember bits and pieces of it. My friend sent me pictures of her son starting kindergarten last week, I can't believe he's that old already!

Good morning ladies! Man, it's been ages since I have gotten to come on here and chat with you all. I am SO rested! Jax slept so well last night. I suspected that he may have reflux so I was talking to the GP yesterday and he gave him an RX for some medicine. OMG, after he had the medicine he calmed right down and SLEPT! It's a miracle I tell ya.
Today the health visitor is coming by for Jax's and my 6 week pp check-up. Then this afternoon I promised Leo we'd go get him new slippers.
QOTD: I remember kindergarten but not my first day.
Haha, ouch! FH keeps his cheering down. He just woke up at 4am (the game wasn't till 5) and couldn't sleep, so we were both sorta rolling around the bed half asleep for a bit. I went back to sleep but he couldn't, so he went downstairs early. I think at that point I was just not in a deep sleep and when I woke up again and saw him missing I had to be all nosy and go downstairs.
Then I got downstairs and he was having a full blown meal, which was fine until I found out that he had eaten the vareniki (my favorite food here) that I had been saving for today. Meanwhile our dog was like, "midnight snack!!!!" and jumping everywhere trying to get at his meaty fingers.
So then we were all awake and it would have been fun if only it wasn't Tuesday morning :-)

I'm probably just going to clean house then maybe head to pilates this evening. DH gets home tonight after being gone a week.
QOTD: I remember my mom walking me to the bus stop and my BFF didn't go because her mom held her back (her bday was the cutoff date). I wore a pink matching skirt and top with black dots and zigzags.
Good morning - I decided to come out of hiding, since I've been gone for about half the year it feels like. After all the crap in Bahrain, we temporarily moved to Saudi for awhile, but since it's not that fun, the pup and I went back to Texas for a few months to take some classes and spend some time with my family - my dad was having some health issues, but he is doing better now, thank goodness. However, 4 months is a LOOOONG time to be living with the parentals and without DH. Blah. Anyway, DH found a better place to live in Bahrain while I was gone and came to Texas in August, and we both came back and then headed to India for vacay. That was fun, but I'm super happy to be back in the real world again. Right now I'm setting up house again and then start looking for a job, although we are working on trying to get to Dubai so we'll see how this all pans out.
Ok...now that I've told my life story, today I'm not doing too much, just had some breakfast and will be unpacking some boxes and maybe work on my CV.
QOTD: I don't remember the actual first day of kindergarten but I happen to have a picture of what I was wearing! (I hope the PIP works!!)

Good morning!
I started my day with a few calls for work, then I worked out and made lunch. I will do a few more hours of work, possibly an hour of yoga, then I have meetings all night.
QOTD: I don't remember the first day of kindergarten. I went to nursery school and pre-K at the same schoole, so they probably all just blended together. I'm pretty sure I wore a dress because my school made girls wear dresses, no uniforms, just dresses for girls and boys had to dress nicely also, I remember that by brothers wore shirts and ties every day.

Jupiter - we like hearing what's going on with you! I've missed you around these parts. Gahhh! I left Dubai too soon! You should totally move there - much more to do and *I think* better flight connections to other parts of the world. If FH and I could move to Dubai together and have good job options I'd do it in a heartbeat. Although you seem to like the authentic ME and that is not Dubai.

Nest ate my post, take two!
I am really tired. I worked most of the weekend and last night until post 11:00 p.m. I am swamped most of the week sadly. Right now I am wishing I can a 9:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. post with an hour lunch!
DH is out late tonight, so I am going to the gym as I haven't made it there in the past few days.
QOTD: I remember Kindergarten, but not the first day. I went to pre-school for two years prior, so I didn't have any separation issues that I remember, I love school. I don't remember what I wore, but I am sure I was in a dress.
Morning, nothing much going on here. We'll take the pup for a walk and then I have to go to the baby store and pick a bath seat thing up for E as she's too big for her baby bath now. I was going to do it yesterday but after swimming she had a marathon nap (12:3 - 4:30!). I can't complain as she also did 9:00 - 6:00 last night!

Welcome back Jupiter. I can't believe you've had so much going on!
Today I have a to be in our studios in the morning. Let me tell you, I don't have any maternity clothes suitable for the studio. Hopefully I'm sitting behind a desk or something! I also have a terrible cold - runny nose, cough, sneeze, the works. I hope I can make it through 30 minutes on camera. Then this afternoon, I have my visa interview which I need to leave work early for, then I'm working on some freelance stuff in the evening. I'm telling you, I'm too tired and sick for today!
QOTD: I remember a picture of what I *think* was kindergarten. I was wearing pink mary-janes, white jeans, a pink belt and shirt, and my hair was in a pony tail with a big white bow in it.

It's a lovely day here today. I have no plans other than work. I've been slacking in regards to running home, so if you ladies could give me a swift kick in the butt I would be much obliged.
I am once again dying of the tired at my desk.
QOTD: I have no idea. Probably something my mom sewed. Side note: my nephew started kindergarten last week and he looked adorable. He was getting on the bus with his little backpack and he looked so proud.
I love him and can't wait to see him (and all the others) again. And it will be nice to meet my new niece.

Good morning. I got some good sleep last night, so feel much more rested. However, after I feel like I've made so much progress with my back recently, that seems to have reversed. I don't know what happened last night, but I woke up this morning in so much pain. I just hope it's a one day flare up, because this is not fun.
QOTD: I don't remember much about kindergarten, and especially not the first day. I also did pre-school beforehand, so I don't think I would have been too upset.

Morning! It's nearly lunchtime, and at that point I have to run to the post office to return some shoes from Amazon before my time to return them runs out! Otherwise, spent the morning cleaning the house and doing laundry, now working. Later tonight is grocery shopping and my violin lesson!

Today was spent getting my boss ready for a two-day mediation so I was flat-out busy. At home I have a load of laundry running and I will test out my new drying rack as soon as it's done. (Yes, I have such an exciting life!) Monday and Tuesday nights DH has late classes, so they are my me-time and after a yoga session (dvd), there is a mug of chai and a book waiting for me.
QOTD: I do not remember the first day of kindergarten. I know that I was in my phase of being called by my middle name rather than my first name, so all my kindergarten stuff is under my middle name. And my younger brother was only 5 months old at the time and I was pretty excited and wanted to show him off to everyone.

I was up bright and early, H couldn't wake up so I thought I'd help by getting up too. We are going to Paris on Friday so I looked a few things up and booked a bike tour in Versailles. Then I headed out to get my eyebrows threaded, I'm going to eat something small then go to a yoga class this afternoon, busy me!

I went running with a friend this morning, we walked/ran 7km! We plan to do it twice a week after we drop our boys off at school.
Insurance people for the water damage are coming later this afternoon to check our claim. I really hope they will reimburse everything. We didn't buy all our stuff just to have it ruined because our new neighbours are fixing their place up!
QOTD: I remember the first day. I didn't cry, but a boy in my class did, his name was Jonathan, I remember he cried a lot! From what I remember of the photo, I was wearing a blue dress with black mary janes.
Morning Ladies (well afternoon now) I spent the morning in the Gym - an hour of Body Step and an hour of Body combat. Then i came home showered and changed and am now waiting on a call so we can go pick our car up from the garage.
Hopefully once we get it back we can sell it and we will have nothing left to do except attend some good buy parties and get on our plane next week!!

Morning! We had a play date this morning (at Tescos), so I got some grocery shopping done. My MIL and SIL are coming tomorrow, so I should probably clean up the house. Georgia is being an absolute nightmare. She has been crying all morning and is upset unless I am holding or feeding her. I don't know if its teeth or sickness or constipation..... I have a feeling its going to be a long day!
I don't remember my first day of school. I do remember that I loved kindergarten and my teacher. My mom tells me that I was a total tattle-tale though ;-)
