Career Coach?

Has anyone used a career coach before? I am struggling at work with a new manager and his style. I would like to get some suggestions on how to deal with with his style and improve communication. I am also struggling a bit with the lack of women in the workplace.

A career coach could be incredibly helpful for you! I've worked for a number of women's employment agencies and dealt with career coaches for years. Just like any 1:1 relationship, you have to find the right person for you and your personality/situation, but when you do, that person can absolutely help you change your career path for the better and work on situations like the one you described above.
