Our tech team has launched updates to The Nest today. As a result of these updates, members of the Nest Community will need to change their password in order to continue participating in the community. I don't know if this will make you feel better about your running, or just "out" me...

I am doing Couch 2 5K.  I started at week 4 (I think), because I'm more advanced than running for 90 seconds at a time, but still. 

Why? Because even though I can complete 13 miles, I can't run 3 miles without walking.  I want to be better.  

So never feel bad about your progress.  All that matters is that you get out and do it.  Even though I've been doing this for years, I am still not a consistently good runner.  No one is perfect.

  • Thanks :)  I'm up to about 2 miles but I really haven't pushed myself to do more either.  I"m terrible about that!  I thought you ran all 13 miles!
