August 2009 Weddings
We
met with Edmund's orthodontist and plastic surgeon today. I felt so bad
for the orthodontist. I think he felt worse about the NAM not working
than we did. He had this look of defeat on his face. They didn't try to
force us to keep going, they did say that they recommend that we do but
if we felt we couldn't that was totally understandable. They wanted us
to think on it another week and then make a decision.

We have a date!
We

The
plastic surgeon said that he can do surgery whenever he has an opening
in his schedule. At this rate both Randal and I feel so defeated with
the thing that we just want to do the surgery and get on with our lives.
The plastic surgeon totally understood as well. We discussed things on
the way home and have both agreed enough is enough. We got the call this afternoon and surgery is scheduled for Friday, October 7th!
