I typically don't start until November, but I just bought something yesterday online. I had a coupon code, it was on sale and I had a credit to that store, otherwise I wouldn't have started yet. Mostly I don't start earlier because I never know what to get people.
For me, I always like gift cards to the spa or a gc to the airlines to go towards a trip. That kind of stuff usually comes from MIL. I also don't mind getting a nice purse. I haven't really thought about it much yet and I know it will be here before we know it.
Did any one start yet? Not really. Sometimes I'll get things throughtout the year for someone if I'm somewhere I don't live by or see something that maybe I won't find closer to the holidays.
What is on the top of your Christmas list this year? No clue, I try to make a list of things during the year if I think of things I want, but as I get older, I don't "need" anything. I like getting gift cards to BBB or Kohl's or my hair salon. Will probably start thinking of maybe 1 thing I'd like to have.

I have not started but I'd like to soon. I always say that though and I never do until the day after Thanksgiving. This year I'd like to make some gifts so I should probably get started on that.
I have no idea what's on the top of my Christmas list this year. Maybe I'll get some ideas from you ladies!
We just got Peyton a bunch of stuff today. I was there shopping for her birthday and some of the sales were too good to pass up. So her birthday and most of Christmas are done.
I have no idea what to get for DH or my parents. I love toy shopping so my neices and nephews will be easy. Then I have the dogs to buy for as well. Not too bad.
As for my list. I REALLY want a North Face Jacket. I could also enjoy a Cricut Expression. But, I doubt I will get either of those.
Technically, I haven't started shopping yet. My sister and I decided to get my parents a few days at a cottage up north next summer for their christmas present - but I haven't actually done anything (my sister is taking care of the arrangements) and have yet to pay her. So, I don't know if that counts.
I usually don't get started much before Thanksgiving. I rarely wait till the last minute on anything, but don't do too much early either.
As far as wants, I have no idea what my life will be like by Dec. with the LO coming, so I haven't even began to think about it.
Most of Emma's Christmas shopping is done because I buy stuff throughout the year on clearance or with coupons/etc. when they're on sale. There are a few more things that I'd like to get her from a catalog, so I just have to order those things.
For the most part we just give giftcards to our parents/siblings so I order those using the bonus points that we accrue from our credit cards throughout the year. I have not actually ordered those yet.
My Mom is really the only person I really shop for, and I have a few things I've gotten for her over the year as well.
I have no idea what I want for Christmas. DH and I are pretty lame and don't even really get each other anything. I think last year we just decided on an amount and then spent that amount on ourselves. lol.
I havent started shopping yet, but I have a running list in my head of what I'm getting for DH and some of our family and friends.
The top of my list this year is a JADE yoga mat and bag/strap to carry it around. I have a Manduka now (is anyone else on this board a yoga fanatic?) but it's about 2 years old so I'm ready to change it up. I'm also thinking about asking DH for a sewing machine, that is if i think i have the time to start a new hobby.
